Cortez Vernon Wedding, Fashion & Portrait Photography | FAQs

What sets you apart from other local photographers?

It is important as a photographer to always experience photography from the subject’s point of view, as well as from the camera’s. This results in not only a more fluid and creative atmosphere, but allows the subject to not feel like merely an apparatus; but that which is necessary to make a beautiful photograph. It is this understanding that not only translates into beautiful images, but also separates me from my peers.
Before a session even begins, clients are advised of what to expect down to every last detail. Throughout the entire session clients are coached extensively on facial expression, posture and posing so they’re relaxed, comfortable and confident; the best photographs are achieved using this method.

How do I book a shoot?

Photoshoots can be booked by contacting me via email, phone or clicking here, from there a concept meeting is usually arranged so the client can voice their expectations. This is also a good way for me to assess the client and make decisions on how to achieve the most productive photo session.
